As Women and young ladies it's very important that we take good care of our hair, skin and nails. Your face is the first thing a person notices so, first I'll give you tips on how to keep you face clear, glowing, and beautiful :)
1. Its very important to wash off your makeup before you go to sleep. Only 50% of women in the world wash off their makeup before they go to sleep. Why is it so important to wash all that precious, gorgeous makeup down the drain before u you sleep you ask? Well, first of all makeup is full of chemicals that you don't want to leave on your face for too long because that can lead to rashes and bumps on your face. To prevent that, wash off your make up really good and exfoliate your face before you go to sleep.
Natural remedies for exfoliating
1. Baking soda
Wash your face with warm water, do not dry your face after you wash it. Dab your finger tips in some baking soda and massage into your wet face in a circular motion.
Cover the lemon in a nice coat of coconut oil, then roll the lemon around in sugar. Dampen your face with water. Scrub your face with the sugar coated lemon. Be careful not to scrub too hard, it will leave red marks.
3. Brown sugar and Olive oil
In a small bowl mix together 1 tbls of olive oil with 1 tsp of brown sugar. Dampen your face with water. Exfoliate your face with the mixture.
Tightening and Toning
Another reason why you shouldn't leave your makeup on for too long is because that can lead to larger pores and nobody wants bigger pores. One good home remedy for keeping your pores small is
Egg whites
Rub egg whites all over your face. You might not want to rub it right under your nose asabecause it doesn't have a pleasant smell (trust me i know). Leave egg whites on your face for about 15 min then wash it off your face with ice water.
Rose Water
I personally loooove rose water! It feels so cooling and refreshing and at the same time it tones your face and keeps it beautiful and glowing. Just Spray some on your face from a spray bottle or you could just dab it on your face with a cotton pad (thats what i do). This one in the picture is the one i use.
Dry Skin
A lot of people have dry skin. I myself have dry skin. So, I always make sure my skin is moisturized. I use regular Jergens lotion, I've been using that since I was as small I can remember. It works well for my skin. There are so many other ways to keep your skin moisturized and glowing, natural ways. Here are a few...
Brown sugar, Oats & Oil

This remedy will moisturize your dry skin and also exfoliate your skin leaving it smooth and soft. Just mix about 2 tbls of brown sugar in a small bowl with about 1/8-1/4 cup of your favorite natural oil (coconut, olive, etc...). Mix in a couple tbls of uncooked oats and apply the mixture to your skin.
Argon & olive oil mixture

Now this is one of my favorites! I just put a tiny bit (maybe 1/4 tsp) of argon oil into a small container and then add in about 1 tsp of olive oil and mix it well. You can rub some of this into your skin every night before you go to bed and within 2 weeks you should start to see a change. Argon oil is very good for removing marks, acne scars or even just evening out you skin tone. It works amazingly! And we add the olive oil just to loosen it up a bit because argon oil is very thick. And also be sure not to over use it. It's oil, it can still clog your pores and clogged pores = Tiny pimples. Not cute. I had to learn that the hard way.
Well that's all for today. I hope you guys learned something interesting from this post! Be sure to comment and let us know if you used any of these remedies and how they worked for you.
