Strawberry Cake Recipe

This is a cake i haven't made in a while. Strawberry cake, you could never go wrong with it. This is an extremely easy recipe that my mom and I have been using for a while now. The cake is very moist and fluffy, absolutely delicious! You have to try try it out :) Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

2 Cups flour 

2 Cups sugar

2 Cups strawberries

1 Tsp baking powder

1 Tsp baking soda

1 Tsp salt 

1 Cup milk

1 Cup oil

1 Tsp vanilla extract

2 Eggs

Directions:

1. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients

2. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients. Add in milk, oil, vanilla and eggs.

3. Mix well on medium speed with an electric mixer.

4. Cut the strawberries up into very small pieces, or you can chop them up in the blender.

                 

5. Add in the strawberries.

6. Bake on 350 degrees for about 20 min.

7. Enjoy your cake!
