About a week ago, my sister was going through some of her jewelry and I seen her take out this necklace charm. It was a plain necklace charm with a little barbie face inside of it. It looked kinda old too. I picked it up, looked at for a second and then, " Light bulb!" as Grue from Despicable me would say. lol. I asked her if she wanted me to 'cutify' this charm for her and she said okay. So, I took out my nail polish went to work.
1. Pick your polishes

I picked three polishes. Neon pink, periwinkle and glitter.
2. Paint on your base color.
My base color was periwinkle. I forgot to take a picture of it. I know, I know. Very unprofessional.
3. Splotch it!
Take a small piece of cling wrap and gently squeeze it together. NOT so it can form into a ball. No, you don't want it in a ball shape. You don't want it in any kind of shape. Just kinda gather it up a little so it won't be just...flat. Once you've gathered it up a little, take your second nail polish and paint it onto the gathered up cling wrap. You don't want the whole thing completely covered in nail polish. It should look like mine in the picture above. After you paint it on, splotch it onto the charm. Its fun right? XD
4. All done!
After you finish splotching, paint on your glitter polish to add a little shine. Now your all finished! Its super cute right? Yeah, I know. My sister put this charm on a necklace and gave it to one of her friends as a gift. I told her friend later on that I had did that with nail polish and, yeah she was pretty shocked :)
If you try this out be sure to tweet us your pics @asdoc_
